Service and pricing
Pricing depends on distance, vehicle type, and time of day, and is confirmed with you by phone or in person before any work begins. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. Arrival times are estimates and can vary with weather, traffic, and current call volume; we'll give you our best estimate when you call.
Payment
Payment is arranged directly with the driver or dispatcher at the time of service. This website does not process payments.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the service area, service list, and contact details on this site accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's error-free at every moment. Always confirm details relevant to your situation by phone.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AR Towing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that can't be excluded under Alberta or Canadian law, including liability arising from the towing and roadside services actually provided, which are separately governed by the terms agreed at the time of service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.
